Whether you’re feeling stuck, ready for a change, or just want to take your career to the next level, this programme is designed to give you clarity, confidence, and a clear plan forward.

You can choose between a   6-week   or   12-week   coaching journey depending on how much depth or support you need. Both options follow the same core structure—Clarity, Strategy, and Momentum—but the longer programme allows for deeper exploration, more tailored guidance, and space to work through complex decisions or transitions.

We’ll work together one-on-one to uncover what’s next for your career—and how to actually make it happen.


1. Clarity

  • Get clear on what you actually want next (not just what feels like the “sensible” option)
  • Understand your strengths, values, and what’s been missing in your current role
  • Work through the “stay or go?” question with structure not overthinking
  • Explore different career paths, pivots, or ways of working


You’ll finish this phase with clarity on your direction and a much stronger sense of what’s right for you (not everyone else).

2. Confidence

  • Build the confidence to back yourself and your decisions
  • Learn how to articulate your experience, strengths, and value clearly
  • Shift unhelpful patterns (overthinking, self-doubt, playing small)
  • If relevant: refine your CV, LinkedIn, and personal brand so they reflect where you’re heading



I’ll challenge and support you in equal measure, and review anything practical with you so you stop second-guessing and start trusting yourself.

3. Change

  • Turn your direction into a realistic, doable plan (without blowing up your life)
  • Take action towards a move, pivot, or reshaping your current role
  • Navigate conversations, opportunities, and decisions with confidence
  • Build momentum and accountability so things actually happen

perfection so you move forward in a way that feels right and sustainable

Whats Included in the Coaching Programmes


  1. Initial free 30 min coaching consultation
  2. Welcome pack with personality profile tools
  3. 60 -90 minute goals session - this is a 121 coaching session with a focus on initial goals
  4. Either 6 or 12 60 minute 121 coaching sessions (virtual or face to face)
  5. Support between sessions via your preferred method of contact - email, phone, text, whatsapp
  6. A range of coaching tools and frameworks to work through each week 
  7. Resume, Interview, Linkedin support as required
  8. All sessions have follow up notes with any actions or next steps broken down
  9. An empathetic supporter who is always on your side
